Quick Onboarding Steps

  • Step 1: Go to the Manage Teams tab and add/invite at least 4 teams. Make sure to specify their availabilities and home venues.
  • Step 2: Set up your scoring parameters and tie-breaker preferences in the League Rules tab.
  • Step 3: Configure start dates and game days in Schedule & Standings, then click Generate Schedule.
  • Step 4: Report game scores directly in the schedule view to dynamically update the live league standings.
  • Step 5: Transition into the post-season in the Tournament Brackets tab to launch single, double, or pool play brackets.
System Access & Role Guide

Access is restricted based on the user's role in the league or team. The system restricts access based on the following roles:

Note: Registered coaches who have been promoted to co-administrators by the primary Administrator (using the Promote to Admin button on their Team Card) will gain full league-wide capabilities while in their co-admin session.

Our algorithm prioritizes team rest by scheduling only 1 match per week per team before slotting in second matches. Home/away splits are dynamically balanced.

Enter custom rules, guidelines, or bat regulations for coaches and spectators.

Venue Closures & Rainouts

Mark specific dates and fields as closed. All matching games will be postponed automatically and notifications sent to team coordination boards.
